Meet Wendy, born in Guatemala and raised in Georgia. She has been living in sunny Florida for the past 18 years. Wendy’s journey into the legal realm began at Legal Aid Service of Collier County.

In her role as a Pro Bono Assistant, Wendy served as a crucial link between at-risk, vulnerable, low-income clients and the dedicated Pro Bono volunteer attorneys. That same dedication makes her a key art of the Kao Law Firm. She aims not only to provide clients with top-notch legal representation but also to connect them with the resources essential for addressing their broader legal needs.

Wendy brings her passion for legal advocacy to delivering exceptional service as she guides and supports our clients through the legal process.

Wendy’s adventurous spirit extends to her love for food and travel. As a self-proclaimed foodie, she delights in exploring different cities in pursuit of the finest gourmet ice cream and exceptional cuisine.

Lily’s mission, since she founded Kao Law Firm, is to provide client-centered legal services that address what clients really want. Coming from a family of lawyers and judges, Lily realized very early on that her passion is to build a law firm that works with people and puts people first.

From the first contact with Kao Law Firm, clients can expect zealous advocacy that protects important rights and assets. Just as importantly, clients are also provided with tools and guidance so they can make critical decisions throughout their case.

In every case she handles, Lily takes on many different roles—advisor, advocate, negotiator, counselor at law. She does not rest until she gets the best possible results for every client.

Every attorney may want to provide ethical and responsive representation, but Lily Kao consistently delivers it to each of her clients. She has been trusted to represent clients in all kinds of cases—difficult custody disputes, high net-worth individual divorces, and court order enforcement/modification, etc.
